We are currently in the process of turning all servers in our ams1 and eri1 off. Your game server and panel will be unavailable for this duration.
After we have performed system upgrades, we will be restoring starting your server if it was already turned on. We are expecting that your server will more stable after this upgrade.

This maintenance only affects some customers on the Shockbyte Panel in our Amsterdam and London locations.
On Monday 2nd September, starting at 10am UTC, we will be performing maintenance on some servers in our Amsterdam and London locations. This maintenance will only affect some customers on the Shockbyte Panel.
During the maintenance window, for a short period of time, your server will be switched off whilst we roll out some updates to our backend infrastructure. Your server will automatically start up after the maintenance is completed.
We will endeavour to send all affected users an email before the maintenance starts.
