September 17, 2025 at 5:00 AMWe have scheduled a maintenance window for the power systems at our primary data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. During this time, a section of our Frankfurt infrastructure will operate with reduced power supply redundancy while our data centre partner carries out on-site maintenance.
No impact on customer services is expected. Our systems will continue to operate with 2N+1 redundancy throughout this period, ensuring more than sufficient capacity to maintain full service availability. This notice is provided as a precaution and to keep you informed.
