We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our North America East regions on 28 September 2026.

This involves applying the latest updates to our underlying infrastructure, which requires rolling reboots of customer game servers. Reboots will be performed one node at a time, so the majority of game servers will continue running normally throughout the window:

• Game servers hosted on the node currently being rebooted might see a short interruption, typically 2-5 minutes, before automatically resuming.

• Game servers on all other nodes are unaffected.

You don't need to take any action. If your server is briefly offline during the window, it will come back online on its own once its host node is back up.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we keep the platform secure and up to date.
