We have scheduled a maintenance window in Texas, USA, to upgrade our infrastructure.

This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure optimal performance and reliability. No service disruption is expected during this window; however, we are sharing this notice out of an abundance of caution.

In the unlikely event of an interruption, you may experience temporary issues, such as the control panel appearing unresponsive or displaying a “Server connection lost” message for a few minutes.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to improve our infrastructure. Thank you for your support.

An upstream network partner will be performing scheduled maintenance affecting a section of our infrastructure in Texas, United States.

No service disruption is expected during this window; however, we are sharing this notice out of an abundance of caution.

In the unlikely event of an interruption, you may experience a very brief network routing disruption that could last a few minutes and result in the control panel appearing unresponsive or displaying a “Server connection lost” message.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to improve our network. Thank you for your support.

We occasionally perform hardware upgrades to ensure we are always providing the best and latest hardware for our customers. We previously sent out emails to eligible customers about early access to upgrading to new hardware.

Within this maintenance window, we will upgrade eligible servers in our Hillsboro location to the new hardware. We expect a downtime of between 15-60 minutes during the switchover period, however, the actual length may vary (it could be shorter or longer based on the size of your server). Please note that your Server IP will change.

We have blocked out 2 days for this as we slowly upgrade servers, however, we do not expect servers to be affected for the entire period. The upgrade will be performed as a rolling upgrade, which means affected servers will be upgraded at some point during the maintenance period - not necessarily at the beginning. Rest assured that we are making every effort to minimise the impact on customers.

If you would like to upgrade earlier, you can do so by visiting your server's control panel and clicking "Transfer Now" on the upgrade alert:

Our upstream infrastructure partner in the Virginia, US region has scheduled an emergency data centre maintenance to replace critical electrical components. This replacement will require a power shutdown of parts of our Virginia, US deployment.

During this window, we expect service downtime of affected game servers in the region for approximately 2.50 hours. We expect this service downtime to begin at roughly 14:30 UTC.
