    On April 29th, starting at 6am UTC, we will be conducting electrical maintenance in one of our France datacentres. There is potential for some nodes to be affected by this maintenance. Affected nodes could experience a short downtime whilst switching to backup power. As always, we encourage all customers to follow proper backup practices, including storing a backup of their server locally. On Wednesday 24th April, beginning at 9:00 UTC, we will be upgrading the hardware of many servers. We expect a downtime of up to 3 hours during the switchover period, however the actual length will vary (it could be shorter or longer). We have blocked out 8 hours for this maintenance, however we do not expect servers to be affected for the entire period. The upgrade will be performed as a rolling upgrade, which means affected servers will be upgraded at some point during the maintenance period - not necessarily at the beginning. Rest assured that we are making every effort to minimise impact to customers. If you would like to schedule an early transfer before the maintenance (to avoid the maintenance), please submit a support ticket from the client area with the title "Maintenance Transfer" and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that your Server IP will change if you choose to do this.

    How do I know if my server is affected?
    Your server ID, displayed on the Multicraft Control Panel, contains your node ID after the hyphen. An example would be 12345-23, where 23 is the node ID. You can check whether your server is affected by viewing the list of affected nodes below. Affected servers could be subject to an IP change, in which case you will receive an email with your updated IP address. Affected nodes: 78, 514, 572

    This incident was caused by a water leak in a part of this data centre. Unfortunately, some of the power delivery systems have been damaged, and work is ongoing to restore operations. We are currently awaiting technicians on-site to move affected servers and associated networking to an unaffected part of the data centre, which should resolve the issue sooner. Unfortunately, at this stage, we are still unable to provide an ETA on resolution.
