(Not all servers will be affected - scroll down to find out if your server is affected by this maintenance) We occasionally perform hardware upgrades to ensure we are always providing the best and latest hardware for our customers. On Tuesday 19th March, beginning at 00:00 UTC, we will be upgrading the hardware of many servers. We expect a downtime of up to 3 hours during the switchover period, however the actual length will vary (it could be shorter or longer). We have blocked out 8 hours for this maintenance, however we do not expect servers to be affected for the entire period. The upgrade will be performed as a rolling upgrade, which means affected servers will be upgraded at some point during the maintenance period - not necessarily at the beginning. Rest assured that we are making every effort to minimise impact to customers. If you would like to schedule an early transfer before the maintenance (to avoid the maintenance), please submit a support ticket from the client area with the title "Maintenance Transfer" and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that your Server IP will change if you choose to do this.
How do I know if my server is affected?
Your server ID, displayed on the Multicraft Control Panel, contains your node ID after the hyphen. An example would be 12345-23, where 23 is the node ID. You can check whether your server is affected by viewing the list of affected nodes below. Affected servers could be subject to an IP change, in which case you will receive an email with your updated IP address. Affected nodes: 206, 207, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, 227, 228, 229, 232, 260, 264, 751, 752, 753, 756, 759, 764

Solutions and information for many common issues can be found on the following page: https://shockbyte.com/billing/knowledgebase/1192/Palworld-Server-Known-Issues-and-Common-Fixes.html This page will be kept up to date with any new information.
- MonitoringMonitoring
Shockbyte acknowledges and is aware of several issues affecting Palworld servers: - Worlds and characters being reset - Servers are, at times, unable to be seen in the server list - Server configuration resets - Additionally, being unable to find server configuration files - Certain servers crash and time out. Many of these issues are caused by optimisation and error fixes required in the server software directly, meaning we are relying on the game developer for fixes. We recommend keeping track of official communication from the Palworld team through their Community Discord or Twitter/X account. We’d like to thank everybody for their extended patience during this busy period and note that we will be applying compensation to all affected by delays.
