We will be performing scheduled security maintenance on our Dallas (North America) and Mumbai (Asia) regions on Thursday, 21st May 2026.
This involves applying the latest security and kernel updates to our underlying infrastructure, which requires rolling reboots of individual host nodes. Reboots will be performed one node at a time, so the majority of game servers will continue running normally throughout the window:
Game servers hosted on the node currently being rebooted might see a short interruption, typically 2-5 minutes, before automatically resuming.
Game servers on all other nodes are unaffected.
You don't need to take any action. If your server is briefly offline during the window, it will come back online on its own once its host node is back up.

We occasionally perform hardware upgrades to ensure we are always providing the best and latest hardware for our customers.
Within this maintenance window, we will upgrade eligible servers in our Virginia, USA location to the new hardware. We expect a downtime of between 15-60 minutes during the switchover period, however, the actual length may vary (it could be shorter or longer based on the size of your server). Please note that your Server IP address will change.
Customers with eligible servers will receive an email about the migration.
We have blocked out 8 hours for this as we slowly upgrade servers; however, we do not expect servers to be affected for the entire period. The upgrade will be performed as a rolling upgrade, which means affected servers will be upgraded at some point during the maintenance period - not necessarily at the beginning. Rest assured that we are making every effort to minimise the impact on customers.
